Conveniently located for all pet owners in the city. Great hydro bath for my stinky beast, this is my new PETBARN!!! Plenty parking and easy to find.

My dog JubJub doesn’t really like being bathed. I used to bathe her at home with a handheld shower but we moved and I no longer have one. The pet baths at PetO were easy for her to jump into (despite not wanting to) and gave me plenty of time to get her washed and conditioned. When it was all done, the staff gave her some treats. They were lovely.

This is a great store, it has a really good range of dog food and treats but the main reason I return are the amazing team that work there. I will normally bring my small dog with me and they are so kind, he gets a lot of cuddles and they are genuinely so friendly and knowledgeable. It really does brighten your day, every time I leave the store I have a huge smile and always feel happy from such a positive experience

I really have no words for great they are. They have the most amazing and helpful staff. The management in store must be wonderful employees I hope the company knows how well the whole store is run. The cleanliness and organisation of stock is impressive. Great place to shop. Staff are very knowledgeable about products also which really helps.

PetO Fortitude Valley (formerly My Pet Warehouse) is a great pet store! Prices are reasonable, and the range of products is impressive — from pet food and treats to toys and grooming supplies. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The staff are especially friendly and helpful, always willing to assist and provide useful advice. Shopping here is always a pleasant experience. Highly recommended for all pet owners!

Great place to take the dogs for a wash. A nice big area to move around in, extras provided like cologne sprays etc to make the dogs smell very fresh. I always grab a couple of free treats from the counter to reward the boys for being so good. Lots to see and buy from the Store on the way out. Staff are always friendly and ready to help.
